CNC Operator; 2nd Shift

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC), a Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking a CNC Milling Operator to join our 2nd Shift team

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to pre-finish fired ceramic cores.
• Load programs, install tooling, and mount fixtures for production runs.
• Load and unload parts while monitoring dimensional and visual quality.
• Make minor machine adjustments and program offsets to maintain accuracy.
• Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Perform tie-bar cutting operations and review X-rays as required.
• Meet quality, productivity, and yield goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and support 6S initiatives.

• Experience operating CNC milling equipment or similar machining equipment.
• Ability to use micrometers, calipers, and precision measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Manufacturing or machining experience preferred.
