We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Real-Time Marketing. This role will focus on designing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns and customer journeys. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with email design, email best practices, A/B testing, and journey orchestration within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

Must have Microsoft Dynamics 365 Real-Time Marketing

• Email Marketing Execution:
• Design responsive and visually engaging email utilizing approved templates and following brand guidelines.
• Implement personalization and dynamic content strategies.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and CTAs to optimize engagement.
• Ensure email deliverability and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing and automation.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing (Real-Time Marketing module preferred).
• Strong understanding of marketing automation and personalization.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
