Room Leader – Nursery (Wideopen)

We are looking for a Room Leader to join on a long‑term basis with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate. The nursery caters for children aged 9 months to 3 years and offers a well‑sought‑after outdoor forest area with a good OFSTED rating.

As Room Leader you will work with the Headteacher to formulate and operate a program of activities suited to the range of children. You will lead observations, carry out age and stage checks, and update each child's learning plan regularly.

• Level 3 Early Years or equivalent qualification (required)
• Minimum 1 year experience in nurseries / room leading
• Reliability and a can‑do attitude
• Adaptability and flexibility
