About

The Role ?

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • – Play a vital role in supporting children to reach their full potential in a mainstream primary school setting.
  • – Work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to pupils in the classroom.
  • – Encourage children’s learning, confidence, and overall development.
  • – Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
  • – Support pupils with a range of learning needs to achieve their individual goals.
  • – Be part of a dedicated team making a meaningful difference to children’s education every day.
About You?

We are looking for LSA’s who:

  • – An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
  • – A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • – Confidence to support pupils both one-to-one and in small groups.
  • – A positive, enthusiastic, and reliable approach to supporting children.
  • – Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
