Job Summary

Stephenson Operations is currently recruiting a Client Representative to join our client’s team.

Stephenson Operations is a fast-growing recruitment agency specializing in the head‑hunting, recruitment, and payroll of highly skilled professionals for offshore and onshore projects. At Stephenson Operations we ensure friendly service, and customer oriented and guarantee the ideal match between client requirements and candidates within the maritime, offshore, and energy industries.

What will you do in this position?

As a Client Representative, you will have a key role in the Client’s organization. You will monitor, assess, and communicate your observations to the onshore project management team during various phases of the operations, you will oversee the offshore work being carried out on behalf of the client by contractors and sub‑contractors.

What are your key responsibilities?
  • Act, behave, and lead by example according to stated client values. Provide effective leadership, maintain a sense of camaraderie, and encourage good morale and motivation among the team.
  • Review and ensure compliance with RA/MS and QHSE documents before the execution phase and remain alert to changes in documentation.
  • Ensure procedures are conducted in compliance with National and international regulations and guidelines.
  • Prepare and distribute comprehensive progress reports as agreed between parties.
  • Ensure that efficient planning and operating activities are conducted in accordance with contracted requirements.
  • Attend regular meetings, talks, and discussions to ensure that work is being undertaken safely and meets agreed quality standards.
  • Be present as a witness during all defined key activities as often as possible, particularly during installation procedures.
  • Ensure the contractor correctly manages safety and quality and undertakes safety walks alongside client HSE representatives and contractors.
Who are you?
  • You have a degree in Marine surveying.
  • You have previous experience on multiple types of projects.
  • You have the willingness and ability to travel regularly to project locations globally.
  • You are able to generate a safe and quality‑based culture within the team.
  • You are a great communicator verbally and in writing.
  • You are a good team player and able to form working relationships with Clients and colleagues at all levels.
