Staff Nurse within Community Immunisation Service

We are looking for compassionate registered health care professionals to join our Vaccination Team delivering the national vaccination programme across Fife.
Responsibilities- Prepare and administer vaccines safely in line with PGDs, protocols, and national standards.
- Provide clear information, reassurance, and support to parents, patients and carers.
- Recognise and respond appropriately to adverse reactions.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and support the safe running of vaccination clinics.
- Work flexibly across a range of settings, including community clinics, schools, and care homes.
- Participate in vaccination education and health promotion.
- A registered nurse, midwife, or allied health professional with current NMC registration.
- Confident in working independently within scope of practice and as part of a wider team.
- Committed to high standards of clinical care, infection prevention, and patient safety.
- In possession of a full driving licence and able to travel within Fife as required.
- Able to work Monday to Friday, between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00, depending on service need. Weekend working will be essential in the Winter Programme.
- Salary for the part‑time post(s) is pro‑rata to part‑time hours.
