The Company is a next-generation no-code and AI platform specifically designed for building complex, regulated healthcare applications.
We are seeking a highly resourceful and independent Technical Documentation Writer to take ownership of our client-facing knowledge base. You will be responsible for translating complex product features into clear, actionable how-to articles for our users.
Duties And Responsibilities- Draft, structure, and publish high-quality "how-to" articles and technical guides for an Enterprise SaaS audience.
- Leverage AI tools to brainstorm, draft, and refine documentation to maintain a high velocity of content production without sacrificing accuracy.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to understand new features, database structures, and product updates before they go live.
- Organize and maintain our documentation center in Archbee, ensuring all content is searchable, logical, and up-to-date.
- Own the process from the initial "new doc" phase to ongoing updates as the product evolves.
- Simplify complex technical concepts (CRMs, low-code logic, and database interactions) for a variety of user personas.
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication and Written Skills
Education: Bachelor's Degree (ideally)
Experience: 3+ years of related experience
- Proven track record in technical writing specifically for Enterprise SaaS products (e.g., CRMs, ERPs, or low-code/no-code platforms).
- Expert-level ability to use AI content generation tools to accelerate the writing process and improve content clarity.
- A foundational understanding of software development and databases. You don't need to be a developer, but a basic programming background is highly preferred to understand our product's inner workings.
- Professional experience with documentation/knowledge base software (Archbee, Git Book, Read Me, or Zendesk)
- A self-starter who can navigate a product independently, find answers through research, and produce results with minimal hand-holding.
- Exceptional command of the English language with the ability to write in a tone that is professional, technical, yet highly readable.
