Want to be part of a UK hub, in a global business that is scaling rapidly, evolving fast and radically changing the decades-old delivery universe? If so, read on, as we’re looking for a P
artnerships Manager - Integrations, Channels and Plugins to join our Commercial team! Our mission? To switch up the status quo and become the UK’s leading out-of-home business. With a fast-growing network of thousands of smart lockers, hundreds of leading retail partners and the launch of our transformative Send service, we’re bringing freedom to anyone with a parcel. At InPost UK, we’re building an unparalleled group of talent that’s committed to help us power our mission to reshape the way parcels move, and redefine eCommerce logistics.
Our team is packed full of top-notch experts in e-commerce, technology, scale-up growth, sustainability, logistics and supply chain. We’re a passionate bunch with high ambition – we collaborate, innovate, support each other, and leave egos at the door.
The Role
InPost is looking for a Partnership Manager to own and grow our relationships with the platforms that bring merchants to us indirectly — third-party integration providers (such as Metapack, Scurri and nShift), returns and channel platforms (such as Zig Zag), and ecommerce plugin and app marketplace partners (such as Shopify, Woo Commerce and Magento). You'll be InPost's commercial and brand custodian across these channels: making InPost the natural first choice within every partner ecosystem, embedding our proposition into partner sales conversations and product configurations, and driving volume growth through partner-led activity rather than direct merchant acquisition.
WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Own the day-to-day and strategic relationship with InPost's key integration, channel and plugin partners, acting as their primary point of contact within InPost.
- Build trusted relationships across partner success, commercial, technical and product teams to secure wide visibility and active advocacy for InPost.
- Develop and maintain account plans for each partner, with joint commercial objectives, engagement cadences and co-marketing activity, reviewed through MBRs and QBRs.
- Act as InPost's brand custodian, ensuring our services are represented accurately and compellingly across partner products, documentation and merchant-facing materials.
- Drive commercial activation of each channel, working with partner sales and success teams to get InPost actively recommended to merchants.
- Build and deliver partner enablement programmes, equipping partner teams to position InPost's out-of-home delivery proposition with confidence.
- Identify upsell and channel expansion opportunities, and negotiate commercial agreements and co-marketing arrangements within InPost's frameworks.
- Track and report on volume and revenue contribution by channel, holding partners accountable to agreed growth targets.
- Work with Product and technical teams to keep integrations sound and up to date, and feed partner and merchant feedback into the product roadmap.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reporting on channel contribution, partner health and growth opportunities.
We’re looking for people who are ready for a fast paced environment, get their kicks out of problem solving and can balance getting today's stuff done, whilst building for the future. We’re looking for people with drive and natural curiosity – who want to do things differently. And do them brilliantly.
- Experience in partner management, channel partnerships or B2B relationship management, owning commercial relationships with technology platforms or indirect channels.
