As a Customer Service Representative
, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. As part of our Customer Service Team, you are the face of our business and essential in building loyalty and trust.

• Partnering closely with the Account Manager to build strong, lasting relationships with a dedicated customer portfolio, supporting account retention and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Delivering exceptional customer service through open, proactive communication and developing a thorough understanding of each customer's unique requirements.
• Engaging with customers across multiple communication channels, including telephone, email, and CRM platforms, to provide timely and effective support.
• Managing the end-to-end order process, coordinating returns, identifying process improvement opportunities, and recommending alternative products or solutions to best meet customer needs.
• Taking ownership of customer enquiries and concerns, effectively prioritising and escalating issues where required, and ensuring they are resolved to a high standard.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, providing a responsive, professional service and ensuring a seamless customer experience at every interaction.

• You delight in investigating customer problems, getting to the root cause and putting them right.
• You are friendly, organised and resilient.
• A great team player, self-motivated and dedicated.
• You are very comfortable using a PC, Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software, ideally SAP.
