Job Description:
Part or Full Time Performer Dentist required for 2-5 days (flexible) in a busy, mixed independently owned practice near Widnes, Cheshire.
- £13 (and above) per UDA
- Excellent private earnings
- UDAs available
- 50% split on private & labs
- 18 fully computerised new surgeries
- Digital x-rays, CBCT
- Rotary endo
- Existing, well maintained list
- Full support team including a hygienist / therapist
- 20 minutes to Warrington, and St Helens, 45 minutes to Liverpool
- Available from now, start date negotiable

- GDC certificate
- UK blood test report showing Hep B immunity and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years

- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
