RG Consultancy are proud to be working with a well‑established property company based in Widnes to help recruit an experienced Finance Manager. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a brilliant opportunity for a part/qualified, CIMA/ACCA candidate to join a supportive team of seven within a fast‑paced environment.

• Oversee balance sheets and month‑end process to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Reconcile inter‑company posting and transactions
• Produce monthly cash‑flow forecasts
• Collaborate with Finance Director to develop annual budget and forecast
• Partner with senior leaders to provide financial insight and support strategic decision‑making
• Oversee the completion of full VAT returns process
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of the monthly payroll process
• Coordinate the preparation of annual accounts, acting as the primary contact for external accountants and tax advisers
• Lead and develop the finance team: overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit control function
• Provide clear direction to a member of the team when managing (set KPI, monitor monthly performance)

• Part/qualified ACCA or CIMA
• Proven experience in a senior finance role

• 37.5 hours per week (flexible start/ finish times)
