• Seek and build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs to provide tailored AV solutions.
• Manage client accounts and ensure project delivery aligns with customer expectations.
• Oversee AV installations and manage project timelines; coordinate with internal teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain client satisfaction through excellent communication and support.

• Strong client relationship management and account management skills
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail
• Knowledge in AV technologies, systems, and integration processes
• Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in teamwork and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the audiovisual or technology industry is advantageous
• Ability to work on-site in Widnes and meet deadlines under time constraints
