Branch Manager – Lead, Inspire, and Make an Impact

Registered Domiciliary Care Manager - Comfort Call (approx 1500 care hours per week)

2nd Floor, Units C&D Ashley House, Ashley Way West, Widnes, Cheshire WA8 7RP

Salary: £36,626 per annum

What You’ll Do
  • Manage day‑to‑day activity and grow a successful care team delivering personal care services to service users.
  • Ensure the correct number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet service demands.
  • Maintain quality of care and document processes accurately.
  • Lead compliance for quality internally and for regulators and contract holders.
What You’ll Bring
  • Efficient, organized leadership with a passion for community care.
  • NVQ Level 5 qualification or strong understanding of statutory and regulatory frameworks.
  • Solid budget management, business acumen, and commercial skills.
  • Experience as a Deputy Manager or Care Coordinator with industry expertise and understanding of CQC standards.
