Panda in Widnes is seeking an Operations & Commercial Compliance Team Leader to oversee the weighbridge and site administration teams, ensure operational compliance, and deliver accurate reports.
You will lead scheduling, payroll-related tasks, supply chain administration, audits, and continuous improvement projects while collaborating with site management to maintain safe, efficient operations. This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing business with a focus on safety and service quality.
