Certain Advantage is partnering with an engineering business to recruit an experienced Sheet Metal Worker
. You will support the manufacturing teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled.
- Use of non-operator metal working machinery and welding equipment appropriate to each job.
- check the materials issued for each job as specified in the production order and detailed in the works order.
- Do quality checks
- Work as part of a team to deliver products on time
- Work in line with H&S policies
- Ability to read and work directly from drawings
- Knowledge of general metalworking machines e.g. hydraulic metalworker, MAG drilling equipment, Pillar drill
- Skills in manual propane cutting
- Your experience in sheet metal work including light to medium fabrication
