We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Catering Assistant to join a catering team in Widnes on a temporary basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for part-time daytime hours. You will be supporting the Unit Manager with the day-to-day running of the kitchen and dining service.

Duties will include:

Serving food
General kitchen and catering duties
Cleaning kitchen and dining areas
Washing up and maintaining a clean working environment
Basic food preparation when required
Supporting the Unit Manager with general tasks
Following food hygiene, health and safety procedures

What we're looking for:

Must hold a valid Enhanced DBS
Available to start immediately
Reliable and punctual
Friendly and comfortable working within a school environment
Previous catering experience would be beneficial but is not essential
Able to work well as part of a team Hours are 9:30am to 1:30pm, making this ideal for someone looking for part-time work during school hours.
