Marks & Spencer is hiring an Operations Assistant to support stock, deliveries and the smooth running of our store. This role plays a key backstage part in keeping shelves full, clean and ready for customers, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
You will use digital tools to track deliveries and stock, work across the wider store as needed, and be a true team player in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexibility and proactive problem solving are essential.
