Job Summary

As a part of the Sales Administration team you act as a link between customers and Univar personnel. Customer needs drive your activities and you balance them with the interests of the company. Within the team you will be reporting into the Sales Office Manager, Sales Admin Manager or Sales Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Support on all sales activities pre-and after sales.
  • Responsible for setting up and maintaining customers in SAP where applicable.
  • Issue daily reports as requested by sales.
  • Create quotations in Q.
  • Provide price lists to the Sales personnel and customers.
  • Be available during office hours (by mail, phone) for customers, suppliers and colleagues.
  • Communicate in a service‑minded manner with customers and all internal functions and provide any necessary information to all stakeholders.
  • Build strong, proactive relationships with customers to develop growth opportunities and ensure customer retention.
  • Take advantage of any opportunity to foster new business opportunities.
  • Use CRM and other tools as required and comply with all company processes, policies and guidelines.
  • Support the Sales team as required.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • Relevant previous experience in customer service with similar tasks or equivalent.
  • Experience and understanding of working in an international environment advantageous.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office, CRM tools and SAP is an asset.
  • Good skills in local language and fluent in English.
  • Service‑minded, excellent communication skills, well organized with good time management skills and the ability to prioritize.
  • Business oriented, high degree of ownership, proactive and reliable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
