Work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals to safeguard children. Undertake home visits, build rapport with families, and ensure that appropriate interventions are put in place. Produce high-quality assessments and reports for management and court purposes. Respond swiftly to referrals, assessing risk and need to ensure timely and effective interventions Requirements A degree within Social Work (Degree, DipSW, CQSW) with a minimum of 2 years experience is required to be deemed suitable for this role Registration with Social Work England.
Proven experience within a Duty and Assessment team or similar front-line social work. Strong understanding of child protection, safeguarding, and social work legislation. Ability to manage a complex caseload effectively while maintaining high-quality practice standards. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
