Class 1 Walking Floor Driver – Widnes Widnes £19.05 – £20.17 per hour Full-Time / Temp to Perm / Ongoing Opportunities Available We are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 Walking Floor Drivers to join our growing transport operation based in Widnes. This is an excellent opportunity for professional drivers looking for consistent work, competitive rates of pay, and long-term opportunities on a temp to perm basis after 13 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate Class 1 Walking Floor vehicles across planned routes Complete daily vehicle checks and defect reporting procedures Deliver and collect loads efficiently while maintaining excellent safety standards Ensure compliance with tachograph, driving hours, and transport legislation Complete all relevant paperwork and delivery documentation accurately Maintain high standards of professionalism when representing the business Requirements:
Valid UK Class 1 (CE) Licence Minimum 1 year's Class 1 driving experience required Previous Walking Floor experience preferred Valid CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card Good understanding of driver regulations and road transport legislation Reliable, safety-conscious, and professional attitude
