We are looking for an experienced FLT Clamp Truck Driver to operate a clamp truck safely within our recycling facility. The role involves loading, unloading, and moving recyclable materials, ensuring correct storage, and supporting daily operations.

• Safely operate a clamp truck within the recycling facility
• Load and unload vehicles carrying recyclable materials
• Move and organise materials across the site
• Complete routine equipment and safety checks
• Report any faults, damage or safety concerns
• Follow all site procedures and health and safety requirements
• Support general operational duties when required

• A valid FLT or clamp truck licence
• Previous experience operating a forklift or clamp truck
• A strong understanding of workplace safety
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• The ability to work in a busy, physically demanding environment
• Previous recycling, waste or industrial experience is desirable but not essential

Reliable, safety‑focused, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. You keep detailed records of equipment checks and communicate clearly with the team.
