Pure Staff is recruiting an experienced  7.5 Tonne Driver (C1)  on behalf of a well-established fruit and vegetable distribution company based in  Widnes . This is an excellent  12-week temp-to-perm opportunity , offering consistent work and a clear route to a permanent position.

Job Details

Start Date:

ASAP
Working Days:  Monday to Saturday
Training Period:  First 2 weeks - Monday to Friday
Start Time:  04:00 AM
Shift Length:  8-10 hours
Rota:  Issued 6 weeks in advance

The Role

Complete  6-10 deliveries  per shift
Deliver fresh fruit and vegetables to shops, wholesalers, and markets
Routes include both city-centre and longer-distance deliveries
All deliveries are hand balled off - there is no tail lift or pump truck provided
Ensure excellent customer service and timely deliveries

Requirements

Valid UK  Category C1 (7.5T)  driving licence
Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
Minimum  12 months' 7.5 Tonne driving experience
No more than  6 penalty points  (no major endorsements)
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Reliable, professional, and punctual

Pay & Benefits

£15.00 per hour
12-week temp-to-perm opportunity
