The company supports rail freight operations, with around 800 trucks leaving rail terminals daily and multiple trains moving freight to key ports such as Felixstowe, London Gateway, and Southampton. The driver will be expected to follow all road traffic laws, company policies, and health and safety procedures, while representing Newell and Wright Transport in a professional and courteous manner. Flexibility to work different shifts, including early starts, late finishes, and occasional weekend work, may be required to meet operational demands.
