HGV Class 1 Nights

Position: HGV Class 1 Days or Nights
HGV Class 1 Drivers
- Days and Nights
- Widnes

Pay: £18.00 per hour days, £20.00 per hour nights. PAYE.

Fusion People are recruiting HGV Class 1 drivers for a well established transport and container operator based in Widnes. Ongoing work with regular shifts available across days and nights.

The work:

Curtains: traction only, drop and swap. No handball.
Containers: deliveries and collections to towns and cities across the UK. Seaforth dock card required for this work.

Shifts:

Days: starts between 05:00 and 06:00
Nights: starts between 17:00 and 18:00
Typically 10 to 12 hours per shift

What you need:

Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
Digi tacho card and in date CPC
No more than 6 points, no DD, DR, IN or TT endorsements
Seaforth dock card for container work
Recent tramping or trunking experience preferred

Good to know:

Nights out very rare, paid at £25 when needed
Short induction and yard walk around before your first shift
Everything paid through PAYE with holiday pay, pension and NI covered
