Class 1 Drivers Required - Widnes
Average weekly pay £964.50 to £1059.00 + Holiday accrual, up to 28 days holiday.
Blue Arrow is recruiting Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for ongoing work based in Widnes.
Immediate starts. Paid assessments available week commencing 24th August, 31st Aug & 7 September.
If you have at least 3 months Class 1 driving experience and are looking for regular, long-term work with excellent pay rates and opportunity for permanent contracts with the UK's largest multinational retailer, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay Rates- Monday to Friday: £19.00 per hour
- Saturday: £20.45 per hour
- Sunday: £20.45 per hour
- Tuesday to Saturday OR Wednesday to Sunday
- Start times between 19:00 and 03:00
- Average 10-12-hour shifts
- Ad hoc shifts & Weekend only work available
- Ongoing, continuous work with opportunity for permanent contracts.
- Store deliveries
- 1 to 3 drops per shift
- All vehicles are pre-loaded
- Goods are delivered in cages
- Drivers take cages to the edge of the tail lift and lower the lift
- Store staff unload the cages from the tail lift
- Minimal manual handling compared with traditional multi-drop work
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Valid CPC and Digi Card
- Minimum 3 months Class 1 driving experience
- Must complete a site induction before starting
