HGV Class 2 Driver - Widnes, Cheshire People Solutions are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 2 Driver to join our well-established client based in Widnes, Cheshire . This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, Monday to Friday work, and long-term stability with a leading company in the industry. This would suit applicants who have worked as an LGV Class 2 Driver, Category C Driver, or Truck Driver.

Rates of Pay: £16.90 per hour (Monday to Friday) £19.79 per hour after 42 hours (Overtime) Weekly pay Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday Start times between 04:00 and 07:00 Benefits:

Your duties as an HGV Class 2 Driver are:
Driving Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently on Monday to Friday shifts Completing between 5 and 12 product deliveries to stores across the UK each day Ensuring all loads are maintained at the correct temperatures and are safe and secure throughout transit Safely unloading cages using a tail lift and delivering into stores Completing all required paperwork accurately Essential

Skills:

To be successful as an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will need: A minimum of 24 months' experience driving Category C vehicles A valid UK Category C Driving Licence A valid CPC Card A valid Digital Tachograph Card No more than six penalty points for minor offences No DR10, DG10, IN10, or TT99 endorsement codes No major endorsement codes Strong customer service skills Training:
First-day driving assessment Training provided as and when required Ongoing industry-related training and support Apply:
