Job Description & How to Apply Below
The Role
We’re looking for a sharp, organised, and proactive Contracts & Compliance Coordinator to keep compliance activity running smoothly and customers fully supported. You’ll be the engine behind scheduling, tracking, and delivering key compliance works — while building strong relationships with clients and ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
If you enjoy variety, responsibility, and being the person who keeps everything on track, this role will suit you perfectly.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Coordinating and scheduling remedial and compliance works.
• Liaising with subcontractors and booking works through the Ops Planner.
• Using Zeta Safe, Legionella Dossier, and client portals to track progress and update records.
• Reviewing PPM results, identifying failures, and ensuring follow‑up actions happen.
• Managing non‑conformances and communicating corrective actions and costs to customers.
• Issuing remedial quotations and keeping clients updated throughout.
• Gathering subcontractor quotes, applying mark‑ups, and communicating pricing.
• Tracking performance against contract requirements.
• Supporting invoice processing and financial tracking.
• Ensuring all compliance documents, certificates, and reports are stored accurately.
What You’ll Bring
• Experience in Facilities Management, Compliance, or Contracts Administration.
• Confident communication skills and a customer‑focused approach.
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CAFM/PPM or compliance systems.
Where This Role Can Take You
• Ownership of your own customer contracts.
• Acting as the main point of contact for client communication and issue resolution.
• Leading one‑to‑one client meetings and annual service reviews.
• Helping shape service improvements and long‑term customer relationships.
What’s On Offer
• Competitive salary
• Ongoing training and development
• Supportive team and structured processes
• Exposure to a wide range of client sectors and long‑term partnerships
