Position: Pupil Services Support Officer with responsibility for Reception

Grade 5 £ 26,824 - £29,540 pro rata

37 hours per week (term time plus 2 weeks)

Required as soon as possible

We are seeking to appoint a Pupil Services Support Officer to provide an efficient and effective administration support service within our Pupil Services Team with primary responsibility for Reception.

Responsibilities
  • Undertaking reception / telephonist duties
  • Dealing with enquiries from pupils, parents, staff and visitors
  • Updating various manual and computer records
  • Producing letters and reports
  • Administration of the electronic system for sending messages to parents
  • Liaising with staff in school and external stakeholders
Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 GCSEs in English and Maths, or an equivalent level of qualification. Experience of undertaking routine clerical tasks, competency in a variety of ICT software, excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexibly while producing accurate work within set deadlines are required.
