Role OverviewAs an Information Governance Assistant you will support the Information Governance function, providing proactive, efficient and effective assistance to clients, customers and internal stakeholders. You will collaborate across the Division, helping to review and update policies, manage information extraction, prepare papers, take minutes and conduct research.
Key Responsibilities & Skills- Knowledge and understanding of Information Governance issues.
- Experience of maintaining, updating and extracting information from computerised and manual systems.
- Ability to operate in a pressurised, deadline‑driven environment.
- High level of ICT skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Positive, accountable and courageous approach to delivering service priorities and client objectives.
- Well‑developed skills to influence and persuade decision‑makers using written and verbal reasoning based on fact.
