An exciting opportunity has arisen within WWL for an experienced, well-motivated and enthusiastic Data Administrator to join the Supportive and Palliative Care Team on a part time permanent basis. The role will consist of 30 hours a week,

The main aim is to support the team with ongoing developments and provide support on a range of data projects. The post holder will also be required to provide administrative support to the supportive and palliative care support worker, consultant PA and clinical team.

Main duties of the job

The role requires that the post holder produce and collate data using a range of data and information systems to produce routine reports. The post holder will ensure that data quality is at the forefront of their work and will be required to undertake data quality checks.

Responsible for the data management of Integrated Palliative Outcome Scale (IPOS), KPIs/Outcome measures and Electronic Palliative Care Coordination Systems (EPaCCs).

Data entry, analysis, validation and manipulation are key requirements of this role. It is essential that the post holder is confident in collating information from various resources.

You should have knowledge and experience of using a range of excel software to produce graphical representations of data. In addition to having excellent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft office.

You will be required to attend various Data related meetings.

Assisting with the day-to-day workload of various administrative duties to promote an efficient service.

Assisting your colleague’s reception and telephone duties.

Provide cross cover for Supportive and Palliative Care Support worker/Consultant PA.
