We are looking for an organised and proactive administrator to join our Operational team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping processes organised, accurate and running smoothly.
You'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of Social Housing projects, working closely with operational teams and ensuring key documentation and compliance records are maintained to a high standard.

The RoleAs part of the Operational team, you'll provide administrative support across a range of projects and business functions, helping to ensure accurate record-keeping, effective document control and smooth project delivery.
What You'll Be Doing- Providing general administrative support to operational teams
- Preparing, printing, scanning and managing project documentation
- Maintaining accurate document control systems and records
- Preparing and uploading handover packs to client portals
- Updating project trackers and SharePoint systems
- Managing document naming and filing protocols
- Monitoring supplier compliance information and records
- Supporting multiple teams across the business to ensure efficient service delivery
- Handling confidential information professionally and securely
- Previous administration experience within a busy office environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Professional approach and strong work ethic
- Experience with in construction, social housing or compliance administration would be advantageous
