Workshop Controller

Workshop Controller required for Successful Automotive reputable dealership in the Wigan area.

Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service department and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.

Competitive basic salary of £36,000 per annum, with an OTE of up to £40,000
Full-time, permanent position with hours of 44.5 per week
Hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, with alternate Saturdays from 8.30am to 12.30pm

Duties:

Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work Requirements:

Have a previous working experience within a similar role
Strong Leadership skills
A full and valid UK Driving Licence
Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop Hours of work for this Workshop Controller role are:
Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, with alternate Saturdays from 8.30am to 12.30pm

The Salary being offered up to £36,000 with OTE £40,000.
