ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will work as part of the commercial team, supporting surveying activities on a number of standard developments from the initial procurement phase through to final accounts, in full compliance with the company’s policies and procedures. The Quantity Surveyor will set, monitor and deliver budgets, place orders, produce accurate and timely reports, forecast the cost of materials, and liaise with subcontractors, site staff and other departments to ensure high‑level communication and collaboration.
QualificationsRelevant industry requirements: RICS, Surveying Degree or HND.
Skills, knowledge & experience- Experience in a relevant Quantity Surveying role.
- Flexible and agile approach.
- Skilled in relationship building and stakeholder engagement.
- Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, solutions‑focused approach.
- Prepared to work within a large geographical area.
- Excellent numeracy and skilled in verbal and written communication.
- High level of computer literacy in MS Office.
- Ability to work remotely.
- Previous experience of building relationships with clients and customers.
- Experience of house building or similar.
