Senior Quantity Surveyor

A market leading Construction Consultancy renowned for their high-profile project portfolio and long-term career progression are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Manchester.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a leading international consultancy while working as part of a close-knit team of professionals. The team delivers a diverse range of projects across the residential, office, hotel, and leisure sectors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for leading projects valued in excess of £10m, managing them from initial conception through to successful completion while mentoring and supporting Assistant Quantity Surveyors.

• MRICS is preferred
• Minimum of 6 years' Quantity Surveying experience
• QS experience within a consultancy or cost management practice
• Good pre and post contract experience – comfortable taking ownership of projects
• Experience on projects within the built environment valued upwards of £15m

• £55,000 - £65,000
• Bonus scheme
