Our client is growing fast.

Now NERS Tier 1 Civils accredited, expanding to four full civils gangs in 2026 and onboarding new clients across the North West, Yorkshire, Midlands and North Wales, they're looking for experienced Civils Working Supervisors / Team Leaders to join the team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can lead a small civils gang, keep work moving to programme and maintain high standards of safety, quality and compliance.

You’ll lead a 2-3 operative civils gang delivering groundworks and cable civils across energy infrastructure projects, including:

• EV infrastructure
• BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems)
• Solar projects
• HV/LV cable civils
• Excavation and duct installation
• HV/LV containment
• Concrete plinths, kerbs and chambers
• Reinstatement works
• As-laid drawings and site records
• Daily reports and digital compliance

You’ll be responsible for running the site day-to-day, keeping your team productive and ensuring the work is delivered safely, correctly and to programme.

You’ll need:

• 3+ years' experience leading civils / groundworks gangs
• Valid CSCS card
• CAT & Genny qualification/experience
• NRSWA / Streetworks
• Full UK driving licence
• Comfortable working away from home Monday-Friday
