V7 Recruitment is recruiting for a MEP Preconstruction Manager on behalf of a leading North West construction client. The role focuses on preconstruction, leading technical coordination from bid through to award, ensuring buildable, compliant and commercially viable MEP designs aligned with programme objectives.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in Building Services, experience on £30m+ projects, strong BIM/ISO 19650 knowledge and a degree in MEP Engineering.
