The candidate will be expected to work 3 to 4 days on site in Wigan with 1 or 2 days Working from home. Candidate Requirements Degree Qualified Experienced in procuring Pre-construction packages for large projects (£50m). MOJ and/or Prison projects experience would be an advantage The project is an NEC 4 Option A form of contract and any experience on these forms of Contract would be advantageous.
