We are committed to fostering diverse teams where everybody can bring their authentic selves to work and feel that they belong. If you want to work for a Council where everybody is encouraged to meet their full potential and make a difference in our neighbourhoods, we would love to hear from you!

Your role

We are seeking a proactive and customer‑focused individual to support the day‑to‑day operation of Haigh Woodland Park’s Visitor Services. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, assisting visitors with enquiries, bookings, ticketing, retail activity, and event support while helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and professional environment. You will support Visitor Centre operations, promote park services and activities, undertake administrative and cash‑handling duties, and work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to enhance the overall visitor experience in line with the Council’s Progress with Unity approach.
