Got a knack for talking to people and getting things done?

This client is looking for someone who can pick up the phone, build rapport, and solve problems.

No credit control experience? No problem!

If you've worked in customer service phone-based role (must be phone as opposed to f2f), you'll receive full training and a dedicated mentor for your first 6 months with the business.

But this is not your typical "chase and collect" Credit Control job.

Instead of call scripts and legal threats, it's about building relationships, understanding tenants' circumstances, and working together to find manageable payment solutions.

They're a really great bunch - young, sociable, like to have a laugh but equally really take their role within the business seriously - it's the perfect balance.

Company is growing rapidly but not at a rate where you'll just be a number - honestly, a brilliant training ground for someone hungry for a long-term career, not just a job!
