Location: Hindley
Wigan Council is seeking a Be Well Receptionist to work across the Borough's leisure facilities. You will be the first point of contact for service users, handling bookings for swimming lessons and gym sessions and promoting the Be Well membership packages.
This role will provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective advisory service by telephone, online and face-to-face, resolving customer queries with professional communication.
