Qualified Teaching Assistant; Temporary

Position: Qualified Teaching Assistant (Temporary)
Hazel Tree Education are currently supporting a primary school in Leigh. This role requires an enthusiastic and capable Teaching Assistant to support in Year 3 and 4.

You will be based within the classroom supporting learners with SEN and some challenging behaviours will be involved, you will work on a 1:1 or small group basis depending on the needs of the learners.

The role is full time until Christmas, possibly longer for the right candidate, 8:30am-15:30pm, Monday
- Friday.

The ideal candidate will:

* Hold a Teaching and Learning Level 2 or 3 qualification

* Have evidence of recent classroom experience

* Be flexible, adaptable and work on own initiative

* Be patient, calm and kind order to form positive, trusting relationships with pupils

* Have a clear and current DBS on the Update Service

* Confidently manage challenging behaviours

* Have SEND Experience
