• Work closely with the class teacher and SEN staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.

• Previous experience as a teaching assistant, particularly in SEN
• A nurturing, calm, and adaptable personality
• Strong communication and team skills
• A passion for helping children reach their full potential
