Qualifications and Experience
- Degree-qualified, ideally with QTS/QTLS (or willingness to work towards it).
- Experience in a school or alternative provision environment.
- Understanding of SEN and inclusive education strategies.
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to teach English, Maths or Science (minimum Grade 4/C or higher).
- Committed to promoting safeguarding, equality, and student wellbeing.
