SEND Inclusion Support fosters an inclusive and caring educational environment for children and young people, including those with SEND, SEMH, EBSA, NEET, and Mental Health difficulties. Our mission is to ensure that every learner has the opportunity to achieve their potential and grow into a confident, independent individual. We provide flexible, trauma‑informed solutions for the education and residential sector, tailored EOTAS packages for children unable to access school, and employ a dedicated Nurture Pathway to support learners with EBSA, SEMH, and complex needs through education, mentoring, and family engagement.

This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Greater Manchester for a Nurture Teacher. The Nurture Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering bespoke lessons 1:1, supporting learners with SEND, SEMH, and complex needs; engaging with families; collaborating with other educational professionals; and developing tailored educational packages to meet the diverse needs of learners.

• Experience in lesson planning and teaching.
• Strong communication and educational skills.
• Proficiency in training and professional development.
• Patience, empathy, and understanding of SEND and SEMH.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Relevant qualifications in education or a related field.
• Experience working with vulnerable children and young people is a plus.
