This is an ideal opportunity for a teacher looking to take on more responsibility and have some freedom around their approach to teaching.

This position is also temp-to-perm, with a contract offered if the placement is successful.

This school supports secondary aged students, some of which are on EHCPs.

Due to the nature of the students, you must be comfortable managing emotional dysregulation, some challenging behaviour, and additional needs including ASD, ADHD & Anxiety.

This provision brings a strong therapeutic approach, rather than a punitive one.
