Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistants

Salary:
Grade 7, £26,405 - £29,456 per annum.

35 hours per week, term time plus 1 week working 39 weeks per year

The Role

We are in an exciting position and looking to appoint dynamic, inspirational, energetic and creative Higher-Level Teaching Assistants. The successful candidates will have evidence of;

  • An NVQ Level 4 Teaching Assistant/HLTA qualification or equivalent level of qualification in relevant area or showing a commitment of working towards this (HLTA qualification must be gained within 12 months of starting).
  • Flexibility, resilience and creativity.
  • Building positive relationships with staff, parents and other professionals.
  • Outstanding classroom practice, being able to plan and deliver structured activities that interest and motivate learners, advancing their learning.
