About the Role
We are recruiting a dedicated, compassionate and highly motivated Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join a welcoming Early Years setting in Wigan. You will be part of a nurturing, supportive team committed to providing exceptional childcare for children aged 0-5 years.
This role is ideal for someone who:
enjoys creating engaging learning environments,
builds strong, caring relationships with children,
understands child development,
and is ready to start immediately.
Whether you have experience in baby rooms, toddler groups or preschool, your skills will be valued and supported.
Requirements
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or equivalent.
Understanding of the EYFS and early child development.
Experience in a nursery or early years setting is highly desirable.
Knowledge of safeguarding, health & safety and inclusive practice.
A caring, patient, enthusiastic and child-focused approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Enhanced DBS (Update Service preferred) or willingness to apply.
