Milk Education is partnering with a well-regarded primary school in Hindley Green (WN2) to recruit a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant for a full-time, temporary, long‑term role starting in September 2026. This position involves working one‑to‑one with a Year 1 child with Autism and Complex Needs.

The ideal candidate will be patient, nurturing, and highly adaptable to the individual learning needs of the child. You will play a key role in supporting the pupil’s educational and emotional development within a structured and caring environment.

• Provide one‑to‑one support for a Year 1 pupil with Autism and Complex Needs.
• Keep the child engaged and on task throughout the school day.
• Prepare daily resources and support learning activities.
• Foster a positive, nurturing learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff.

• Experience supporting children with SEND, particularly Autism and Complex Needs.
• Patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
