The Role

As a Nurture Teacher, you will work on a 1:1 basis with learners who may have SEND, SEMH, or additional learning needs. Sessions are tailored to each learner, helping them re-engage with education, build confidence, and achieve positive outcomes.

You will:

• Deliver personalised learning sessions across a range of ages and abilities

• Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual needs

• Support engagement, confidence, and emotional wellbeing

• Create positive, structured learning environments

• Build trusted relationships through a nurturing, learner-centred approach

Who We're Looking For

• Qualified Teachers (QTS) and Unqualified Teachers with relevant experience

• Individuals passionate about supporting learners in an alternative education setting

• Experience with SEND, SEMH, or vulnerable learners is desirable

• Patient, adaptable, and relationship-focused practitioners

• Committed to helping every learner reach their potential
