We are recruiting for a Primary KS2 Teacher to work at a Primary School in Atherton (M46) on a long-term basis starting September 2026. The role covers September 2026 to December 2026, with 5 full days per week (Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:00). The teacher will work across Year 3 to Year 6, covering PPA as required, following a weekly timetable and collaborating with class teachers and support staff.

• Teach and guide students through the curriculum, ensuring they complete their work
• Deliver engaging lessons and adapt planning as needed
• Manage behaviour and uphold the school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies
• Mark and provide feedback on student work

• Relevant experience teaching pupils
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Knowledge of the national curriculum
• Passionate, understanding and able to manage classes confidently
• Excellent organisational skills for marking and lesson planning
• Good communication skills
